It was such a good engine for its’ purpose it was one of the last of its’ family to be replaced. The CA20E is a multi point fuel injected motor that was found in the Bluebird, Gazelle & Pintara, from 1982 through to 92 before being succeeded by the SR20De. It produced 83kw @5,200 rpm serving quite well in its’ day for a little family run around car.  |
